The rates are intended
per person per day with a standard occupancy depending on the selected room. The rates are intended
per apartment per day with a standard occupancy depending on the selected apartment.
Extra charges:
- For Suite Room with occupancy of 2 persons: 20.00 Euro extra charge per day per person.
- For additional beds there is an additional cost per day according to the requested period.
- The garage has a cost of 8,00 Euros
The rates include:final cleaning, weekly laundry service, water and electricity consumation, private car park, skiroom.
The booking is binding after having paid the deposit requested and received our written confirmation by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:
(Consumer Code, Part III, title III, par. I 206/2005)
Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.
The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.
Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- up to 60 days before arrival: refund of the 80% of the confirmation deposit;
- from 60 to 30 days before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit;
- from 30 to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total price is charged;
- less than 14 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged.
For this reason, we recommend you secure travel cancellation insurance, which protects both you and us from unpleasant losses.
The apartments are ready for occupancy from
1.00 p.m. on the arrival day until
9.00 a.m. on the departure day.
For the payment we accept:cash or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). We ask you kindly, to pay the bill by Thursday.
Pets:Small pets are allowed on request, for an extra charge of 14 € per day for the cleaning.
Trip cancellation insurance:Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our
trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
